For those who want to purchase a Lagoon model worry-free and at the same time turn it into a profitable investment, the vessel is available on a “turnkey” basis.

This means that Kramer Yachting, the authorized distributor of Lagoon catamarans, will select the equipment together with you, arrange financing for the vessel on your behalf, and handle delivery, registration, and inclusion in the charter fleet.

At the same time, Kramer Yachting guarantees income that will cover all regular operating costs of the vessel, including financing costs – the payment of leasing installments. In addition, you can use the catamaran from 4 to 8 weeks per year.

Our company enables the purchase of a catamaran through a leasing company with a 30% down payment. This means that your initial investment amounts to 30% of the catamaran’s price.

After the purchase, we lease your vessel for a period of 7 years. During this time, we cover all costs and provide a guaranteed annual income that covers the monthly leasing installment. In addition, each year we enable free use of the vessel:
– 2 weeks in the high season
– 2 weeks in the low season

If you wish, you can exchange 2 weeks in the high season for 4 weeks in the low season. Additionally, if the vessel is not chartered, you can also use up to 4 weeks on a “last minute” basis at any time. The “last minute” system works in such a way that you can reserve the vessel 6 days before departure, provided it is available.

At the end of each year, we also carry out a settlement. If the generated income (after deducting all costs) is higher than the paid guaranteed annual income, we pay you the difference additionally. This way, you have the opportunity to achieve additional income, for example if you did not use all the offered weeks or if the season was more successful than planned.
